REACH Community Health Center AGM

The Annual General Meeting for REACH Community Health Centre will be held September 21, at a location to be announced.  We invite the community to become involved by becoming a member of REACH or renewing existing memberships. Membership provides the opportunity to vote in the election of board members and other matters relating to REACH and its involvement in the community.  In order to be able to vote in the upcoming election, new members should fill out an application form http://reachcentre.bc.ca/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/2016-05-30-New-Membership-Form.pdf and return it to REACH prior to August 1st.  New members must be members for 30 days prior to the meeting in order to be eligible to vote. Existing members can renew up to and including the day of the meeting. Membership fees are a sliding scale from $1 to $25.
