Clean BC Telephone Town Halls

Throughout the month of March, the Minister of Environment and Climate Change Strategy, George Heyman, will be conducting 4 telephone town hall meetings (TTH) with citizens across the province.

 

Telephone Town Hall (TTH)  Format:

A TTH is an interactive conference call. British Columbians can learn more about the CleanBC Plan and have an opportunity to ask the Minister and guests questions about the plan. They will also have a chance to give their opinion on different aspects of the plan by responding to polling questions.

 TTH Objectives:

 The objective of these telephone town hall meetings is to provide British Columbians with an opportunity to learn more about the CleanBC Plan and to ask questions directly to the minister responsible for the plan.

 TTH Dates and Regions:

March 6th, Wednesday: 7:00 – 8:30 pm (PST), Lower Mainland

March 13th, Wednesday: 7:00 – 8:30 pm (PST), North and Interior

March 25th, Monday: 7:00 – 8:30 pm (PST), Island and Coast

March 27th, Wednesday: 7:00 – 8:30 pm (PST), Lower Mainland

People will be able to register to participate in the TTH on the date of their choice. The registration page is found at cleanbc.gov.bc.ca
